What a great menu!...Hors D'ouevres: Seared Ahi Tuna Cornetts, Crispy Truffle d Mac and Cheese Arancini Paired with Coppola Reserve Russian River Valley Viognier
Salad: Crispy Field Greens tossed with a Creamy Basil Dressing, Fresh Beets, Spiced Candied Pecans and Ricotta Salata.
Intermezzo: Tangy Strawberry Nivoli Sorbet floated in Sofia Rose.
