Art and Nature Go Hand-in-Hand at Carson Nature Center

Hey Kids - join artists and South Platte Volunteers, Carol Peterson and Pam Roth O’Mara for Creating the Nature Of Nature, a fun-filled, creative and reflective day of observation, art, and writing. As Carol and Pam guide you through the park, you’ll use colored pencils and create ThumbPrintPlay™ journals to learn to see nature by writing, drawing, and using color. You'll never see nature the same way again! Bring a sack lunch, snacks, and water.

Summerset Festival has been cancelled…  “ Due to weather current and forecasted weather conditions, as well as the current conditions at Clement park, we have unfortunately made the decision to cancel this years Summerset Festival.  We look forward to the 30th Annual Summerset Festival next year, and hope to see you there.  Exhibitors will be contacted by event coordinators with more information.” Now that Summer’s (almost) gone…. Don't miss one of the Denver area's hottest immersive art experiences of 2019. We strongly recommend pre-purchasing tickets throughout the month of December to guarantee admission!      Natura Obscura is an immersive arts exhibition located at our indoor facility at the Englewood Civic Center.
