Call to Action from today's Arts for Colorado email:
Governor John Hickenlooper recently presented a budget balancing proposal that outlines significant cuts to vital programs and services. The proposal clearly demonstrates how hard our state has been hit by the recent downturn, and outlines the tough choices ahead. Times are tough, but how we respond is a test of who we are as Coloradans.
