Join SoHa Happenings in welcoming its first intern, Asst Editor Sam Pusar! Ms Pusar is helping SoHa Happenings expand its reach via social media; ensure that all areas of SoHa are represented in event listings; and focus on the arts and culture wants and needs of the 16 to 18 year old segment. Sam, a member of the Class of 2012 at Rock Canyon High School, plans to major in business in college.

At Arapahoe Community College: The Joy of Pastel Learn about the different types of pastels and papers.  Explore a variety of techniques from drawing to painting.  Experiment with color mixing, planning a composition and capturing light and show in a still life, landscape and figure painting.  No experience necessary. Bring a drop cloth.
