Red Ball, Blue Ball Favorite Improv Game

Here it is: the favorite improv warm-up game for kids (ages 5-8), youth actors (9-12), and everyone else at the workshops Pam O'Mara teaches at the Lone Tree Recreation Center and Arapahoe Community College is Red Ball, Blue Ball. 
"More often than not when I ask 'What warm up game...?' before I can finish the sentence the answer is: Red Ball, Blue Ball!!! Then they ask 'Can we add an orange ball?"
Yes, and!
