Call to Action: Part 1 on Jan 28: The Town of Parker seeks input from property owners, businesses and the community in planning for the future of its downtown core to ensure that the area continues to grow as a cultural and entertainment destination, as well as an economic focal point of its community that is safely and comfortably accessible by all modes of transportation.The Town has invited a panel of professionals from Downtown Colorado, Inc. (DCI) to explore our downtown, listen to stakeholders and  (Part 2 on Jan 29) share their ideas and recommendations on how to ensure that our downtown continues to grow as a vibrant destination. Downtown Colorado, Inc. (DCI) is a nonprofit organization that is focused on strengthening communities by supporting local governments in their efforts to support small businesses and grow a sustainable local economy.
When - Part 1: Public invited to participate in a focus group | Jan. 28, 2013 @ 7 to help identify Downtown Parker challenges and opportunities. The meeting will be held at the PACE Center, 20000 Pikes Peak Ave., Parker, CO, 80138.
When - Part 2: Public presentation by the panel will be held on Jan. 29, 2013 at 6 p.m. The panel will review what they heard from the community and share solutions and options to help Parker maintain and enhance the downtown area.
