Call for Artists: 16th Annual Art on the Streets... 
 ...Art on the Streets celebrates the power of art in public places, while turning the streets of Downtown Colorado Springs into a yearlong outdoor sculpture gallery. Visual artists are invited to submit entries to the 16th annual Art on the Streets juried sculpture exhibition. The 2014-2015 exhibit will be installed June 2014 through May 2015.

Each artist selected receives a $1,000 honorarium; and all selected artists are eligible for a $10,000 Juror Award and a $1,000 People’s Choice Award. Selected artwork will be exhibited throughout the 40-square-block downtown district, with the majority of works in the busiest 10 to 15 block core.

Lead juror for the 2014-2015 exhibit is Blake Milteer, Museum Director and Chief Curator for the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center.

Application deadline is Monday, February 24, 2014. Applications are now available online at www.callforentry.org. More info at www.downtowncs.com.

Join in the experiences of improv (improvisational theater) and creative dramatics techniques, games, and exercises blending spontaneity with Jewish spice. Explore and interpret our Jewish spirit in a fun, compelling, and engaging session, based on improvisational scenarios. OY!Improv is directed and produced by Cherie Karo Schwartz and Pam Roth O'Mara.
