Today is the 26th Annual Fire Truck Muster in Littleton . At ACC, fire truck enthusiasts of all ages can line up for a fire truck ride; climb in and on vintage and state-of-the-art fire apparatus; observe fire safety demonstrations; and get drenched in traditional firefighter games, including the bucket brigade and barrel blast.  Visitors can shop for firefighting souvenirs and memorabilia provided by the Firefighters Museum. Junior firefighters are invited to don heavy bunker gear worn by real firefighters, or crawl through a fire safety obstacle course set up by the Denver Firefighters Museum.  For a change of pace, they can race Soap Box cars driven in the SERTOMA Mile High Soap Box Derby (including specially-designed cars for youngsters 8 to 17 with special needs). Littleton's Town Hall Arts Center is looking to hire a staff member to provide development assistance on a part-time basis (20hrs/wk) in support of the theater's Exec Director. Fundraising activities include researching potential sources, drafting grant proposals, and identifying potential business sponsors. The person hired for this position will also attend Board Fundraising Committee meetings, provide info as requested by the Committee, and assist the Committee with special fundraising events. About the Garage Gallery & Studio in the artists/owners' own words... Don Simasko , Barbara Simasko , and Susan Rommel have created a wonderfully warm space where you can view a wide array of fine art in a casual, comfortable environment that nurtures both artist and collector.
